Must to have skills: Machine Design / Material Handling / Product Design / SPM Design / Packaging Machine Design

Job Responsibilities

• Understand the requirements and work with different teams to implement new ideas.
• Make design concept and detail engineering
• Design considering manufacturability, cost, performance and durability.
• Conduct design review to improve product performance and resolve technical issues.
• Knowledge in GDT, stack up analysis, different industrial standards like ANSI, JIS, DIN etc.
• Close co-ordination with customers and supplier.
• Good knowledge in Tooling, fixture and jigs would be a plus.
• Knowledge of manufacturing / production / assembly processes would be a plus.
• Hands on experience in various manufacturing processes would be a plus.

Desired Skill Set

• Good in engineering mechanics, strength of materials theory of machines.
• A good grasp of engineering and design principles
• 3 years of Core experience in special purpose machine design, Design Calculations, material handling equipment design, motor power calculation, Gear box selection.
• Good understanding of hydraulic and pneumatic.
• Knowledge in GDT, stack up analysis.
• Good knowledge on any of the 3D modelling software (SolidWorks / Creo / SolidEdge).
• Excellent communication skills and good team working skills.
• Willing to travel overseas for short and long assignments.
• Basic understanding of Information Security Management system
