1.
Application
Development &
- Engineering Excellence
- Design, develop, and enhance enterprise applications using Java, J2EE, Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Data, and REST APIs.
- Implement scalable backend services with strong focus on performance, reliability, modularity, and reusable components.
- Write clean, optimized, testable code with strong adherence to coding standards, secure coding practices, and enterprise guidance.

Azure Cloud
Engineering &
- Platform Integration
- Develop and deploy cloud-native services using Azure App Services, Azure Functions, AKS, Azure API Management, Azure Storage, Key Vault, Service Bus, Event Hub, and Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines.
- Optimize microservices for cloud scalability, resiliency, failover, monitoring, and cost efficiency.
- Implement infrastructure-as-code and environment automation using ARM/Bicep/Terraform as applicable.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues across distributed cloud components and integration.
3. GQL (GraphQL) Platform Support &
- API Enablement
- Maintain, support, and optimize the GraphQL gateway/platform, ensuring schema compatibility, versioning discipline, and resolver performance.
- Collaborate with product teams to onboard new APIs, ensuring proper governance, schema design, and endpoint documentation.
- Monitor query performance, enforce security policies, and manage API rate limits and caching strategies.
- Support cross-platform integrations (web, mobile, microservices) consuming the GraphQL layer.
4.
Production
Support, Incident Management &
- Platform Stability
- Provide Level-3 engineering support for critical applications and platform components.
- Analyze logs, metrics, and distributed traces using Azure Monitor, App Insights, Splunk, or other APM tools.
- Lead root-cause analysis (RCA) for production issues, ensuring clear documentation and permanent fixes.
- Implement observability, alerts, dashboards, and proactive automation to prevent service degradation.
