- Build and optimize cloud-native applications at scale.
- Drive technical decision-making across cross-functional teams.
- Ensure engineering excellence through design reviews and code quality.
- Mentor senior engineers and promote engineering best practices.
- Leverage AI-powered development tools to improve engineering productivity.
What We're Looking For :
- 10+ years of professional software development experience.
- Strong expertise in Python or Java.
- Hands-on experience with AWS or GCP.
- Strong understanding of Microservices Architecture.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps best practices.
- Good knowledge of Relational and/or NoSQL Databases.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
- Strong background in System Design and Product Thinking.
Preferred Candidate Profile :
- Experience leading complex engineering initiatives from design to production.
- Ability to mentor teams and influence technical direction.
