Job Description :
We are seeking a highly skilled and analytical Data Scientist to join our team. The ideal candidate with expertise in machine learning algorithms, data modeling, and cloud deployment on AWS. This role involves extracting actionable insights from complex datasets to inform strategic business decisions.
Key Responsibilities :
- Data Collection & Preparation : Identify, acquire, and preprocess structured and unstructured data from various sources to ensure data quality and integrity.
- Data Analysis & Modeling : Employ statistical methods and machine learning algorithms to analyze large datasets, uncover trends, and develop predictive models that address business challenges.
- AWS Cloud Deployment : Implement ML pipelines using AWS services (SageMaker, Lambda, S3, EC2, Redshift).
- Data Visualization : Utilize data visualization tools to present complex findings in an accessible and actionable manner to stakeholders.
- Collaboration : Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product development, and business units, to align data-driven insights with organizational objectives.
- Continuous Learning : Stay abreast of the latest developments in data science, machine learning, and related technologies to ensure the application of cutting-edge techniques.
Key Tech Stack & Skills :
Technical Skills :
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and SQL.
- Experience with machine learning frameworks and cloud-based deployments.
- Hands-on experience with model development (Random Forest, XGBoost).
- Domain expertise in Banking, Payments, or Fraud detection.
Required Education & Experience :
- Education : Bachelors degree in a field such as Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
- Experience : 3 to 5 years of relevant experience.
