Role Overview :

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic React JS Developer to design, develop, and implement robust front-end architectures. In this role, you will collaborate closely with core product teams to translate user interface concepts into high-quality, responsive web applications.

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the React ecosystem, modern state management frameworks, and front-end build tools, while demonstrating strong debugging and performance optimization capabilities.

Key Responsibilities :

Architecture & Development :

Design and implement scalable, high-performance front-end architectures using React.js, core JavaScript principles, and advanced ES6 features.
Develop reusable, modular, and maintainable UI components for enterprise applications.
Optimize front-end applications for maximum speed and scalability.

Collaboration & Ideation :

Work closely with development, product management, and design teams to brainstorm, discuss, and refine user interface ideas and workflows.
Translate UI/UX designs into functional, visually appealing web applications.

State & Routing Management :

Implement and maintain efficient state management using Redux.
Utilize React Router for seamless navigation and routing within applications.

Responsive & UI Engineering :

Build responsive, mobile-friendly, and cross-browser compatible user interfaces.
Use modern styling methodologies such as Styled Components, CSS frameworks, and reusable UI patterns.

Debugging & Optimization :

Troubleshoot complex interface-related software issues.
Debug application code and profile performance to improve responsiveness and efficiency.

Code Quality & Testing :

Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices.
Implement front-end testing frameworks to ensure code reliability and stability.

Version Control & CI/CD :

Manage source code repositories and collaboration workflows using Git.
Participate in CI/CD implementation and deployment activities.

Must-Have Technical Skills :

Strong proficiency in React.js and its core principles.
Hands-on experience with React Hooks and React Router.
Strong understanding of Redux for state management.
Expertise in modern JavaScript (ES6 syntax and concepts).
Experience in developing responsive web applications across multiple devices.
Strong knowledge of Webpack and modern front-end build tools.

Good-to-Have Skills :

Experience with Jest and React Testing Library for automated unit testing.
Understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues and performance optimization techniques.
Proficiency in version control tools, especially Git.

Required Candidate Profile :

Experience : 6-11 years in React.js or Front-End Development.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Good communication and collaboration skills.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments is preferred.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
