We are looking for an experienced Team Lead with 8 - 10 years of hands-on software development experience to lead the design, development, and delivery of enterprise-grade applications. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in Java-based technologies, hands-on Python development, modern cloud platforms, and emerging AI/LLM technologies. The role requires a strong technical leader who can mentor teams, drive best engineering practices, and deliver scalable, high-quality solutions.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable enterprise applications.
- Provide technical leadership and mentor development teams throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Design and implement backend services using Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture.
- Develop and maintain Python-based applications and automation solutions.
- Leverage Large Language Models (LLMs) such as Claude Sonnet for code generation, debugging, enhancement, and defect resolution.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate enterprise applications and third-party systems.
- Drive software engineering best practices, including code reviews, testing, CI/CD, and performance optimization.
- Ensure applications are cloud-ready, secure, and adhere to enterprise architecture standards.
Required Skills &
Qualifications :
- 8 - 10 years of hands-on software development experience across web and console applications.
- Strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture.
- Hands-on experience in Python development.
- Strong understanding of Data Structures, Algorithms, and Design Patterns.
- Practical experience using Large Language Models (LLMs) such as Claude Sonnet to generate, enhance, debug, and fix Python code.
- Good understanding of Business Process Management Systems (BPMS), Rule Engines, Identity and Access Management (IAM), and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) integrations.
- Knowledge of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), Model Context Protocol (MCP), LangChain, LangGraph, and foundational Machine Learning concepts such as embeddings, vector similarity, classification, regression, clustering, and decision trees.
- Strong knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases; exposure to Graph databases is highly desirable.
- Experience working with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Good understanding of CI/CD pipelines and software engineering best practices.
- Experience working in Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) environments.
- Experience with Kafka, Apache Spark, and Neo4j will be an added advantage.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Experience working in Agile development environments and leading technical teams.
Preferred Qualifications :
- Experience building AI-enabled enterprise applications.
- Exposure to Graph databases and distributed data processing technologies.
- Strong understanding of enterprise integration patterns and modern application architecture.
