Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Tech Lead with 10+ years of IT experience, including 5+ years in JavaScript-based web application development. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in React/Angular, Node.js (Express), Python, cloud technologies, and modern software engineering practices. The candidate will be responsible for leading development teams, architecting scalable applications, and ensuring high-quality software delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using React/Angular, Node.js (Express), and Python.
- Lead frontend and middleware development initiatives while ensuring best coding practices.
- Design and develop RESTful APIs following industry standards and security best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver high-quality software solutions.
- Conduct code reviews, mentor developers, and ensure adherence to SDLC processes.
- Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Work with cloud-based architectures, preferably AWS services such as Lambda, SQS, and Elasticsearch.
- Participate in CI/CD implementation, automated testing, and deployment processes.
- Drive technical discussions, solution design, and architectural decisions.
Required Skills
- 10+ years of overall IT experience.
- 5+ years of experience in JavaScript-based web development.
- Strong expertise in React.js or Angular.
- Hands-on experience with Node.js (Express) and Python.
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript and TypeScript.
- Experience in developing responsive, high-performance web applications.
- Expertise in designing and consuming RESTful APIs.
- Strong database knowledge in MySQL/PostgreSQL.
- Excellent SQL skills, including query optimization, stored procedures, and triggers.
- Experience with AWS cloud services.
- Knowledge of Linux environments and performance tuning.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies, code reviews, testing frameworks, and CI/CD pipelines.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with AI-enabled development workflows and developer productivity tools.
- Knowledge of Generative AI, AI-assisted coding platforms, and AI application integration.
- Exposure to Elasticsearch and event-driven architectures.
