Technical Architect - Full Stack Development

Role Overview: You will be responsible for working in a Startup environment and building things from scratch individually. Your past experience in scalable consumer-facing applications managing latency and traffic will be beneficial. As a FullStack Individual Contributor, you will be expected to code at speed and take full product ownership.

Key Responsibilities

• End to end coding, from software architecture to managing scaling of high throughput (100000) RPS high-volume transactions - Discuss business requirements and timelines with management and create a task plan for junior members - Manage the day-to-day activities of all team members and report their work progress - Mentor the team on best coding practices and ensure modules are live on time - Manage security vulnerabilities - Be a full individual contributor, capable of working in a team as well as alone Qualifications Required:
• Minimum 8 years of experience as a Backend Architect cum Hands-on Developer - Proficiency in Micro Services, Distributed Systems - Experience with Cloud Services such as AWS (EC2, S3, Lambda, Load Balancing, Serverless), Kubernetes - Strong programming skills in Node.js, SpringBoot - Familiarity with databases like MongoDB, PostgreSQL and queuing systems like Kafka - Knowledge of Agile Scrum methodologies Additional Details: You should possess a passion for tech innovation and problem-solving, along with a GoGetter attitude. Being extremely humble and polite is essential.

Experience in product companies and managing small teams is a plus.
