Technical Architect - Java + Python

About the Role

We are hiring a hands-on Technical Architect to build and scale a data-intensive enterprise platform involving complex workflows and distributed services.

This role requires strong coding ability in Java (primary) and Python (secondary) along with ownership of architecture and design decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and build scalable backend systems using Java and Python
• Own architecture, APIs, and data flows across microservices
• Lead a pod of engineers and drive technical delivery
• Write and review production-grade code
• Ensure performance, reliability, and data correctness
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business workflows into systems

Must Have Skills

• 12–15 years of experience in backend engineering
• Strong hands-on expertise in:
  • Java (Spring Boot, microservices)
  • Python (Django/Flask, REST APIs)
• Experience building distributed systems at scale
• Strong understanding of system design, APIs, and data consistency
• Hands-on experience with Azure (App Services, Functions, Service Bus, Storage, etc.)
• Strong SQL skills (SQL Server, performance tuning)
• Testing mindset (JUnit, pytest)
