Technical Architect - Spring Boot

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Technical Architect with 12 years in software engineering and architecture, specializing in FinTech solutions, Spring Boot, and DevOps practices. The ideal candidate will have a strong pedigree in designing scalable systems, leading technical teams, and building products from scratch in the financial domain.

Key Responsibilities:

• Architect and design scalable, secure, and high-performance FinTech applications.
• Lead technical strategy, solution design, and implementation across multiple projects.
• Drive adoption of Spring Boot microservices architecture and modern DevOps practices.
• Collaborate with product managers, business stakeholders, and engineering teams to align technology with business goals.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations, data security, and industry standards.
• Mentor engineering teams, conduct code reviews, and enforce best practices.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend adoption for innovation in FinTech solutions.
• Oversee CI/CD pipelines, cloud deployments, and automation frameworks.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 12 years of experience in software engineering and architecture.
• Proven expertise in Spring Boot, Microservices, and DevOps (CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, etc.).
• Strong background in FinTech / Banking / Financial Services domain.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Solid understanding of distributed systems, APIs, and security protocols.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and leadership skills.
• Experience in building and scaling products from scratch.

Education:

• Bachelors/Masters in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Advanced certifications in cloud, DevOps, or architecture frameworks preferred.
