Technical Lead - Full Stack Development

Role Overview :

We are looking for an experienced Java Full Stack Tech Lead with strong experience in AI/LLM-powered applications. The candidate will be responsible for leading the development of scalable enterprise applications and driving technical and architectural decisions.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and mentor the development team.
• Design and develop scalable full-stack applications.
• Build and integrate AI/LLM-based solutions.
• Drive technical architecture and development best practices.
• Develop and maintain microservices and REST APIs.
• Collaborate with product and business teams to deliver enterprise solutions.
• Ensure code quality, performance, security, and scalability.

Tech Stack :

• Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, REST APIs.
• React.js or Angular.
• MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.
• OpenAI APIs, LangChain, Generative AI.
• AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Docker, Kubernetes, Git, CI/CD.

Preferred :

• Experience building production-grade AI/LLM applications.
• Experience leading technical teams and making architecture decisions.
• Immediate or short-notice availability.
