Technical Lead - Java/AngularJS

Key Responsibilities :

• Own end-to-end design, development, testing, deployment, and production support.
• Design scalable microservices and APIs following best engineering practices.
• Lead system design discussions (HLD/LLD) and architectural reviews.
• Drive modernization initiatives and cloud-native development.
• Collaborate with Product, QA, SRE, and DevOps teams.
• Mentor engineers and promote engineering excellence.
• Improve CI/CD, observability, reliability, and developer productivity.
• Leverage AI-assisted development tools to accelerate coding and testing.

Must Have Skills :

• 12+ years of software development experience.
• Strong expertise in Java (JDK 17+) and Spring Boot.
• Hands-on experience building REST APIs and Microservices.
• Strong System Design skills (HLD/LLD).
• Experience with TypeScript and Angular.
• Good understanding of distributed systems and scalable architecture.
• Experience with GCP and cloud-native application development.
• Strong database experience with Oracle, PostgreSQL, or NoSQL databases.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Good to Have :

• OAuth 2.0 and application security frameworks.
• Docker, Kubernetes, and containerized deployments.
• Git/GitHub and Maven.
• Redis and Cassandra.
• AI-assisted development tools like Cursor, GitHub Copilot, or Microsoft Copilot.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and production support.
• Banking, Payments, or FinTech domain experience.
