Technical Lead - Java Full Stack Development

Job Overview :

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Engineer / Software development Lead to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and microservices architecture, along with hands-on experience in developing scalable backend and frontend (React js) services. You will play a key role in building high-performance applications, driving technical excellence, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams across the organization.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering innovative solutions using modern cloud and DevOps technologies.

Requirements :

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field (master's degree preferred).
• 8+ years of hands-on experience in backend development using Java and for Frontend React js.
• Build and consume RESTful APIs and microservices.
• Optimize existing code and identify opportunities for performance improvement.
• Develop and maintain SQL queries and database schema designs.
• Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and Bit Bucket for automated testing and deployment.
• Test and debug applications using tools like Postman and your preferred Integrated Development Environment (IDE).
• To deploy and manage services, utilize cloud platforms such as Google Kubernetes Engine (GKE), Spanner, Big Query, Redis, and MongoDB.
• Work closely with front-end developers and architects to ensure seamless integration of services.
• Mentor and guide junior developers on best practices and coding standards.
• Collaborate with DevOps teams to ensure the reliability and scalability of backend services.
• Deploy and manage applications on cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Leverage AI tools like GitHub Copilot to improve productivity.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Write efficient and maintainable code that meets high-quality standards.

Required Skills :

• Strong experience in Java, Spring Boot.
• Proficiency in React.js, JavaScript, HTML, CSS.
• Experience with REST APIs and microservices architecture.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Familiarity with AI tools such as GitHub Copilot.
• Good understanding of Git and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
