Technical Lead - MERN Stack

Role Overview :

We are looking for an experienced Tech Lead with 10 years of experience willing to work from Noida.

We are a team of 750 engineers, driving innovation across Product & Data Engineering, focusing on Agentic AI, RPA, Full Stack, and GenAI-based solutions.

Mandatory Skills :

• 5 years of hands-on experience in MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js (MERN Stack).
• Experience in product development from scratch (startup experience is highly preferred).
• Proven experience as a Tech Lead or leading a development team.
• Strong knowledge of System Design and Scalable Architecture.
• Hands-on experience with AWS and/or Microsoft Azure.
• Minimum 1 year of experience using AI coding tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor AI, Codeium, Vercel AI, or similar.
• Strong expertise in REST APIs and Microservices Architecture.
• Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps best practices.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead the architecture, design, and development of scalable web applications using the MERN stack.
• Build products from scratch, from requirement gathering to deployment and maintenance.
• Mentor, manage, and guide a team of developers, ensuring best coding practices and timely delivery.
• Design scalable system architecture, microservices, and RESTful APIs.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, QA teams, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Optimize application performance, security, and scalability.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines and maintain version control using Git.
• Deploy, monitor, and manage applications on AWS and/or Azure.
• Leverage AI-powered coding tools to improve development efficiency and code quality.
• Conduct code reviews, technical discussions, and architectural planning.
