Technical Lead - Python/Java

About the Opportunity :

As a Tech Lead, youll drive the design, architecture, and execution of key technology initiatives powering our Generative AI platform. Youll lead a small team of engineers, make high-impact technical decisions, and ensure scalability and reliability across distributed systems. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who loves coding but thrives on mentorship and system ownership.

Key Responsibilities :

• Architect and scale core backend systems for AI-driven workloads
• Lead a team of engineers and ensure technical excellence
• Translate product goals into detailed technical roadmaps
• Ensure best practices in system design, code quality, and deployment
• Conduct design reviews, mentor engineers, and manage project delivery
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, DevOps, and AI research teams
• Drive optimization for cost, performance, and reliability

Required Qualifications :

• 5 to 10 years of software engineering experience, including 2+ years leading teams
• Strong grasp of distributed systems, cloud-native architecture, and concurrency
• Proficiency in Python, Java, or Go
• Deep understanding of system performance, scaling, and resiliency patterns
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and cloud platforms
• Proven mentorship and leadership in high-performance teams
