Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent practical experience.
• 8 years of experience in program or project management.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in managing data center infrastructure and fit-out projects, and managing partners and stakeholders, and vendor management.
• Experience in the use and customization of project management tools, and in the project management of complex projects.
• Knowledge of construction, permit, local industry standards, with experience in data center construction and services program.
• Working knowledge of finance as applied to project/program management.
• Comfort with operating in a high-paced, changing work environment with the ability to prioritize multiple functions and tasks, manage time efficiently and navigate ambiguity.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication, organizational, prioritization, and multitasking skills.

About the Job In this role, you will collaborate with key stakeholders, partners, and customers to develop long-term strategies and initiate new infrastructure programs. You will actively manage multiple data center service projects, steering teams and engineers to ensure timely, on-budget delivery. By leveraging your technical judgment, you will conduct technology reviews, challenge proposals, and build team consensus.

Additionally, you will analyze performance data from various sources to provide actionable recommendations and quantitative insights. Acting as a global escalation point, you will coordinate efforts across external partners and internal teams. Finally, you will regularly present these critical analyses and strategic project updates directly to executive management.

Responsibilities

• Work with partners, customers, and key stakeholders to develop and articulate plans and long-term strategy, initiate new programs and drive them through the execution phase.
• Manage various programs of work, engage teams and engineers, set the pace for development, deployment, and delivery of data center services and infrastructure. Develop and prepare project documentation, process maps, presentations, and tracking reports to provide detailed current status of each project.
• Use technical judgment to drive project delivery, technology reviews, challenge proposals, and build consensus.
• Analyze services performance and system performance data, translate into recommendations and actionable plans, and provide strong quantitative analysis. Serve as an escalation point for our external partners and coordinate efforts with all internal stakeholders.
• Present team's analyses and recommendations to internal stakeholders, including executive management.

  Take accountability for driving the project deliverables.
