About the Role :
We are looking for a highly driven Technical Program Manager (TPM) to lead cross-functional execution across Product, Engineering, and Business teams in a fast-paced, product-led environment.
The ideal candidate should have strong program management capabilities with proven experience driving execution in dynamic and high-growth organizations where speed, operational complexity, and continuous prioritization are critical.
This role requires someone who can bring structure to ambiguity, proactively identify execution risks, manage competing priorities, and ensure seamless coordination across technical and business stakeholders.
Candidates with exposure to logistics, fulfillment, last-mile delivery, supply chain, quick commerce, or grocery delivery ecosystems will be strongly preferred.
Key Responsibilities :
Program Planning & Execution :
- Drive end-to-end program execution across Product, Engineering, Operations, and Business teams.
- Create and manage structured program plans including :
i. Milestones ii. Sprint Tracking iii. Dependencies iv. Delivery Timelines v. Risk Management
- Ensure alignment between business goals, product priorities, and engineering execution.
- Monitor program health and proactively resolve blockers impacting delivery.
Cross-Functional Coordination :
i. Product Managers ii. Engineering Teams iii. Operations iv. Business Stakeholders to drive execution and delivery outcomes.
- Facilitate structured execution reviews, status tracking, and stakeholder communication.
- Build credibility across teams by understanding both technical and operational priorities.
- Drive accountability across functions even when direct reporting ownership does not exist.
Risk & Escalation Management :
- Identify execution risks, dependencies, and operational bottlenecks early.
- Convert ambiguous challenges into clear problem statements with actionable recommendations.
- Drive escalation management and ensure timely decision-making for critical blockers.
- Balance trade-offs between speed, scalability, and operational quality.
Delivery Governance & Operational Excellence :
- Establish and maintain program governance processes and execution discipline.
- Ensure delivery plans remain adaptable in rapidly changing environments.
- Track execution metrics and program KPIs to drive operational transparency.
- Improve execution efficiency through process optimization and better stakeholder alignment.
Data & Decision Support :
- Work with dashboards, reports, and operational metrics to monitor program performance.
- Analyze data trends and challenge inconsistencies where required.
- Support leadership with concise and structured program updates and execution insights.
Required Skills & Qualifications :
- 3-7 years of experience in :
i. Technical Program Management ii. Program Delivery iii. Cross-functional Execution
- Strong experience working across :
i. Product ii. Engineering iii. Business/Operations Teams simultaneously.
- Proven ability to manage :
i. Sprint Tracking ii. Milestone Governance iii. Dependency Management iv. Escalation Handling
- Experience operating in fast-paced environments with evolving requirements and priorities.
- Strong understanding of execution frameworks and delivery management practices.
- Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional communication skills.
- Strong analytical and structured problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to translate ambiguous business goals into actionable execution plans.
- High ownership mindset with proactive execution orientation.
