Technical Program Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Own delivery excellence across multiple projects with focus on quality, predictability, and customer satisfaction
• Establish and drive delivery, engineering, and governance best practices
• Manage senior stakeholders with clear communication and reporting
• Ensure delivery health via reviews, risk management, and proactive support
• Drive nearzero SIT/UAT defects and ensure strict adherence to coding and testing standards
• Conduct code reviews, random quality audits, and evidencebased developer certifications
• Promote early integration testing and continuous improvement across SDLC
• Lead adoption of Copilot across SDLC as a key KPI
• Assess team RAG status and create upskilling and crossskilling plans
• Provide thought leadership in delivery, technology, or domain areas

Required Skills:

• Strong handson experience in Java, J2EE, Spring Boot, Microservices
• Solid understanding of design principles and 4+ design patterns with realworld application
• Good knowledge of Microservices Architecture
• Experience leading engineering teams in largescale delivery environments
