Job Summary The Technical Specialist at HCL will be responsible for overseeing the Java, Node.JS, Microservices, and Amazon Web Services components of projects. They will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and implementing complex software solutions using these technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Designing and developing high-volume, low latency applications for mission critical systems
- Leading software development activities and providing technical guidance to the team
- Collaborating with cross functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
- Ensuring the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of the applications
- Identifying bottlenecks and bugs, and devising solutions to mitigate and address these issues
- Participating in code reviews to maintain code quality and enhance team skills
Skill Requirements
- Proficiency in java programming language and its ecosystem

Experience with node.js and building applications using node.js
- Strong understanding of microservices architecture and design principles
- Handson experience with amazon web services (aws) cloud services
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

- Solid understanding of software development best practices
Other Requirements
