Technical Specialist - Java/Spring Frameworks

Role Overview :

As a Technical Specialist at Elements HRS, you will be instrumental in designing, developing, and maintaining our cloud-based HR solutions. You will collaborate closely with product managers, software engineers, and DevOps teams to deliver scalable, reliable, and secure applications. Your expertise will directly impact the efficiency and effectiveness of our HR solutions, enabling our clients to better manage their workforce and drive business growth.

Required Skillset :

• Proven ability to design, develop, and deploy Java-based microservices using Spring Boot framework.
• Demonstrated expertise in infrastructure as code principles and hands-on experience with Terraform.
• Deep understanding of AWS cloud platform and its services, including EC2, S3, RDS, and Lambda.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex technical issues.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment, balancing remote work with on-site collaboration as needed.
