Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Technical Trainer (Python) role based in Madurai.
Trainer will design and deliver Python programming curricula for students preparing for technology careers, including live classroom sessions, hands-on labs, and project-based learning.
Responsibilities include planning training schedules, creating or refining training materials, and assessing learner performance through tests, assignments, and feedback. The role involves mentoring students on coding best practices, problem-solving techniques, and interview preparation, while adapting teaching methods to different learning styles.
Trainer will collaborate with the training and content teams to keep course content aligned with current industry standards and placement requirements.
