Teradata Developer - ETL/Data Warehousing

Role Overview :

We are looking for experienced Teradata Developers to join a high-performing Data Engineering team.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Teradata development and ETL processes, with a solid understanding of data warehousing concepts.

Exposure to Snowflake or cloud-based data platforms will be an added advantage.

This role involves building scalable data solutions, optimizing data pipelines, and supporting data modernization initiatives including migration from Teradata to Snowflake.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, and optimize Teradata-based data solutions for large-scale data processing.
• Build and maintain ETL pipelines for efficient data extraction, transformation, and loading.
• Collaborate with data engineers, analysts, and cross-functional teams to support data integration and analytics initiatives.
• Ensure data quality, reliability, and performance optimization across data pipelines.
• Perform SQL optimization and performance tuning for high-volume datasets.
• Support data migration and modernization initiatives, including migration from Teradata to Snowflake.
• Maintain proper documentation, data governance, and best practices in data engineering.

Required Skills (Must-Have) :

• Strong hands-on experience in Teradata Development.
• Experience with ETL development and data integration processes.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and query performance tuning.
• Solid understanding of data warehousing concepts and data modeling.
• Experience working with large-scale data environments.

Good to Have :

• Exposure to Snowflake or other cloud data platforms.
• Experience working with cloud-based data ecosystems.
• Knowledge of data migration strategies and modernization frameworks.

Preferred Qualifications :

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Experience working in data engineering or analytics-driven environments
