ThoughtFocus - Platform Engineer - AWS Infrastructure

We're looking for a Platform Engineer to own and scale our AWS infrastructure end-to-end from design through automation to production support.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design, implement, and manage AWS infrastructure across multi-account, multi-region environments scalable, highly available, secure.
• Automate provisioning, deployment, and maintenance; monitor infra health, performance, and capacity; troubleshoot issues.
• Build and maintain Terraform modules for production workloads, including state management and environment-specific configs.
• Own Jenkins CI/CD pipelines (Groovy) build, test, deploy, and release automation, with approval/promotion gates.
• Write robust shell scripts for deployment, patching, health checks, and operational automation.
• Support Node.js/JavaScript dependency management triage security vulnerabilities, assess impact, and upgrade packages with dev teams.

Must-have :

• Hands-on AWS (multi-account/region).
• Terraform (module design, state mgmt).
• Jenkins + Groovy pipelines.
• Strong shell scripting.
• IaC change management discipline.
