Job Summary Lead the design, development, implementation, and support of enterprise-scale AI & LLM solutions, as well as custom full-stack applications, enabling innovation, automation, and enhanced business outcomes across HR, Legal, and Finance functions.

Job RequirementsKey Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement enterprise-scale AI and Large Language Model (LLM) solutions integrated with HR, Finance, and ticketing/DevOps platforms to drive business transformation and operational efficiency.

• Lead the development, enhancement, and maintenance of custom applications across HR and Legal domains using modern full-stack technologies, ensuring scalability, reliability, and business alignment.

• Effectively communicate project objectives, key deliverables, milestones, achievements, and business outcomes to senior management and stakeholders through clear and structured updates.

• Proactively identify, escalate, and resolve project risks, issues, and bottlenecks by collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders and recommending practical, business-focused solutions.

Required Skills

• Full Stack Development:
  • Front-End Technologies: Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js.
  • Back-End Technologies: Knowledge of server-side languages such as Java, Python, Ruby, or Node.js, and experience with databases like MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.
• DevOps Skills: Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, version control systems like Git, and cloud services such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.

• AI & LLM Experience:
  • Strong experience with Generative AI, RAG, Prompt Engineering, and LLMs.
  • Hands-on expertise in Microsoft Graph API, SharePoint Online, Azure AD / Entra ID.
  • Experience with Vector Databases (Weaviate, Azure AI Search, etc.).
  • Develop document ingestion, chunking, embedding, reranking and retrieval workflows & optimize answer grounding, citation generation, and response quality and hallucination detection.
• Security Knowledge: Knowledge of OAuth 2.0, Access Tokens, ID Tokens, RBAC, and Security Trimming.

• Programming Skills: Strong programming skills in Python, JavaScript, and REST APIs.

• Automation Tools: Thorough understanding of workflow automation tools like n8n/Co-pilot studio/abacus.

Domain Experience

• Working knowledge of HR & Finance business scenarios, preferably in SAP SuccessFactors & Oracle ERP Cloud.
• Experience with REST/SOAP APIs & integrations tools like SAP CPI/Oracle OIC is a plus.

Education B.E/B.Tech or Masters preferably in Computer Science & typically requires a minimum of 8 years of related experience.
