• Responsible for Leading Production Support projects consisting of Mission critical applications in 24*7 support model.
• Manage client relationships and handle their expectations.
• Ensure services meet agreed-upon service level agreements (SLAs).
• Oversee service delivery processes and procedures.
• Identify and rectify service delivery issues, including conducting root cause analysis.
• Implement service improvement plans.
• Coordinate and manage project teams and service providers.
• Ensure the delivery team is adequately trained and resourced.
• Collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery.
