Role Overview:

As a UI Developer, you will lead the front-end development lifecycle for our core web applications, ensuring that our digital products remain responsive, accessible, and performant. You will work closely with product managers, UX designers, and back-end engineers to translate complex business requirements into seamless user interfaces. Your work will directly influence user retention and platform efficiency, serving as the bridge between sophisticated back-end services and the end-user experience in a fast-paced Dubai-based environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Architect and build scalable, reusable UI components using React.js to ensure consistency across all company platforms.
• Manage complex application state effectively using Redux to maintain data integrity and improve user interaction speeds.
• Integrate front-end interfaces with RESTful APIs to ensure seamless data flow and real-time updates for end users.
• Implement rigorous unit and integration testing using the Jest framework to minimize production bugs and ensure high code quality.
• Optimize web applications for maximum speed and scalability by leveraging advanced HTML5 and CSS3 techniques.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to iterate on UI designs based on user feedback and performance analytics.

Required Skillset:

• Demonstrated expertise in building complex, data-driven web applications using Javascript and React.js with 6 to 10 years of professional experience.
• Proven ability to manage large-scale state in React applications using Redux, ensuring predictable and maintainable codebases.
• Strong proficiency in modern front-end standards, including semantic HTML5 and modular CSS3, to create accessible and responsive layouts.
• Experience in writing comprehensive test suites using the Jest framework to support continuous integration and deployment pipelines.
• Skilled in consuming and troubleshooting RESTful services to ensure robust communication between the client and server.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate technical constraints and solutions to non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to thrive in an on-site work environment in Dubai, collaborating effectively within a diverse, high-performing engineering team.
