VML - Full Stack Developer - Python/Node.js/React.js

Job Title : Full Stack Developer

Experience : 5+ Years

Location : Gurgaon

Responsibilities :

• Build end-to-end features across React (frontend) and Node.js/NestJS-based backend services
• Design and implement RESTful/GraphQL APIs integrating with data and analytics pipelines
• Use Python for backend services and data/ML-oriented integrations where needed
• Design and optimize schemas and queries in PostgreSQL and MySQL
• Apply TDD and automated testing (unit, integration, E2E) as standard practice
• Collaborate with product, design, and data teams to ship measurable outcomes
• Contribute to frontend architecture, design systems, and React performance optimization
• Explore agentic engineering practices using AI agents for code, tests, and ops under human oversight.

Requirements :

• Expert-level TypeScript with strong React and Node.js experience (NestJS preferred)
• Solid Python skills for production-grade services, scripts, and integrations
• Strong SQL fundamentals with experience in PostgreSQL and MySQL schema design and query optimization
• Proven TDD track record and disciplined automated testing practices
• Experience shipping and operating production systems in cloud-native environments (Docker, Kubernetes, GCP or similar)
• Good understanding of async programming, performance, and reliability in Node.js and browser environments
• Comfortable working in high-autonomy, remote, fast-paced teams across engineering, product, and data
