Job Description :
We are looking for an experienced Windchill Developer with strong expertise in Windchill Customization and Configuration. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, configuring, customizing, and supporting PTC Windchill PLM solutions to meet complex business and engineering requirements.
The role requires hands-on experience in customization, workflow development, integrations, PLM support, and enterprise application development. The candidate should possess strong technical expertise in Windchill architecture, Java-based development, workflow customization, and system integrations along with strong analytical and troubleshooting capabilities.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop, customize, configure, and support PTC Windchill PLM solutions based on business requirements.
- Work on Windchill customization including UI customization, workflow customization, lifecycle management, and access control configurations.
- Develop and enhance Windchill workflows, business rules, and process automation solutions.
- Work on Windchill APIs, Info-Engine, and integration frameworks for enterprise system integrations.
- Design and develop custom components using Java/J2EE technologies.
- Develop and maintain JSPs, Servlets, XML, and XSLT-based solutions within Windchill environments.
- Implement and support REST/SOAP web services and integration solutions.
- Work closely with Engineering, Product Development, and PLM teams to understand and implement business processes.
- Support CAD integrations and product lifecycle management processes.
- Perform troubleshooting, debugging, root cause analysis, and production support activities.
- Ensure system performance, scalability, security, and compliance with development standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for deployment, upgrades, and system enhancements.
- Participate in technical discussions, code reviews, documentation, and best practice implementations.

- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies preferred.
