Wordpress & Drupal Fullstack Developer

• *RRD is currently seeking Full stack CMS Developer for Creative Communications team to join in Chennai
• *Primary Deliverables:
• New website builds and microsites on WordPress or Drupal small to enterprise scale; full-site and single-page
• Ongoing feature development and enhancements to existing client CMS properties
• Baseline site maintenance: security patches, core/plugin/module updates, performance tuning, uptime monitoring
• Custom theme and component development within CMS frameworks (ACF, Gutenberg, Elementor for WP; custom Drupal themes and modules)
• Multi-site architecture management and shared component propagation across Drupal networks
• Third-party integrations across CRM, consent, tag management, CDN, analytics, and automation platforms (detailed below)
• Content migrations: database exports, content mapping, field migration, and post-migration validation
• Multi language builds
• *Requirements for this role include:
• 5+ years of full-stack CMS development with production work on both WordPress and Drupal portfolio of live sites required
• Platforms: WordPress • Drupal 9/10 • PHP • JavaScript • REST APIs
• WordPress & Drupal • Front-End + Back-End + Integrations
• Strong custom PHP: plugins (WP), custom modules (Drupal), REST API consumers and providers
• Hands-on GTM experience including dataLayer architecture able to design the event schema and document it for a tagging team
• Demonstrated OneTrust or equivalent consent management implementation including GTM Consent Mode v2 integration
• Cloudflare experience beyond basic DNS: caching rules, WAF configuration, redirect management, SSL/TLS
• CRM integration experience (Salesforce preferred; HubSpot and/or Veeva a strong plus)
• Multi-site CMS network management and shared component propagation experience
• Familiarity with hosting platforms: WP Engine, Pantheon, Acquia, or equivalent; deployment pipelines and environment management
• Healthcare or pharma client experience strongly preferred; HIPAA data handling awareness a plus
