Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced Workday Integration Developer with 79 years of overall experience and strong expertise in designing, developing, testing, and supporting Workday integration solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Workday integration technologies, web service APIs, and data transformation tools to deliver scalable and reliable integrations across enterprise applications.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain Workday integration solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve Workday integration issues, ensuring optimal system performance.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, business stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
• Analyze functional specifications and change requests to create detailed technical designs and integration solutions.
• Provide guidance and recommendations on Workday integration architecture, best practices, and implementation strategies.
• Support end users and stakeholders by delivering high-quality integration solutions that enhance the overall Workday experience.
• Conduct unit testing, system integration testing, and end-to-end testing to ensure integrations meet functional and technical requirements.
• Participate in integration discovery, requirements gathering, and project scoping activities.
• Manage assigned deliverables and ensure project timelines and milestones are met.
• Support Workday releases, enhancements, and regression testing activities.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation, integration designs, and deployment procedures.
• Work closely with internal and external teams to ensure seamless integration between Workday and third-party systems.

Required Skills &

Qualifications :

Education :

• Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field from an accredited university.

Experience :

• 7 to 9 years of overall IT experience.
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience as a Workday Integrations Consultant/Developer.
• Minimum 5 years of experience with Workday integration technologies, including:

Technical Skills :

• Strong expertise in Workday HCM integrations and integration architecture.
• Experience building inbound and outbound integrations between Workday and external systems.
• Knowledge of XML, XSLT transformations, and data mapping techniques.
• Experience with Workday security concepts and integration troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with Workday release management and regression testing.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, integration lifecycle, and deployment methodologies.

Preferred Skills :

• Experience with Workday HCM, Payroll, Benefits, Finance, or Recruiting modules.
• Exposure to cloud integration platforms and middleware solutions.
• Workday Integration Certification is a plus.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum delivery environments.
