Workforce Software Developer/Engineer

Summary :

We are hiring a Sr. WorkForce Software (WFS) Specialist with 3 to 8 years of experience in WorkForce Software (WFS), UKG Pro WFM, Kronos WFC, or UKG Dimensions.

Key Responsibilities :

• Configure and support Time & Attendance modules.
• Configure Pay Rules, Work Rules, Pay Codes, Accruals, Scheduling, and Time Off.
• Perform UAT, Go-Live, Production Support, and issue resolution.
• Work on SQL, WIM, API, Flat File, and SFTP integrations.
• Collaborate with HR, Payroll, and business teams.

Qualifications :

• 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience configuring and supporting WorkForce Software.
• WorkForce Software Certifications: PT102, PT120, PT125.
• SQL or Oracle experience for data queries, troubleshooting, reports, and validation.
• Experience with WFS scripts (creation, modification, debugging).
• Expertise in policy profiles, policy sets, pay codes, exceptions, complex premiums rules & TCP, banks, accruals, holidays, labor distribution, work rules, combination rules, schedules, time off requests, In/Out policy, rounding & gracing, etc.
• Experience with integrations (Scripts, API, flat files, SFTP).
• Ability to execute testing and validation for system changes.
• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, or UKG HRIS.
• Multi-country Workforce Management implementation experience.
• UKG/Kronos or WFS certifications are a plus.
