Role Summary :
We are seeking an experienced Java Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in Angular and Generative AI technologies to design, develop, and deliver scalable enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will possess deep technical knowledge across backend and frontend development, microservices architecture, cloud-native application development, and modern AI-driven solutions. This role requires hands-on experience in building robust applications using Java, Spring Boot, Angular, and integrating Generative AI capabilities into enterprise platforms.
Key Responsibilities :
- Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade full-stack applications using Java, Spring Boot, and Angular.
- Build scalable and secure RESTful APIs and microservices-based solutions aligned with enterprise architecture standards.
- Develop responsive, user-friendly, and high-performance web applications using Angular, HTML, CSS, and modern frontend development practices.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and product teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Design and implement reusable application components and frameworks to improve development efficiency and maintainability.
- Integrate Generative AI capabilities into enterprise applications to enhance automation, productivity, and user experience.
- Develop AI-powered solutions using Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and Agentic AI frameworks.
- Work with LLM APIs such as OpenAI, Anthropic, or enterprise AI platforms to build intelligent business applications.
- Implement prompt engineering techniques to optimize AI model performance and response quality.
- Build and integrate AI workflows using frameworks such as LangChain4j or Spring AI.
- Design and optimize relational and NoSQL database solutions using SQL databases and MongoDB.
- Participate in application architecture discussions, code reviews, and technical design sessions.
- Troubleshoot production issues and perform root cause analysis to ensure application stability and performance.
- Ensure adherence to security, scalability, performance, and coding best practices throughout the development lifecycle.
- Contribute to Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, estimation, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Experience :
- 6-10 years of experience in software development with a strong focus on enterprise application development.
- Hands-on experience in Java Full Stack development.
- Strong programming expertise in Core Java and object-oriented design principles.
- Experience in developing multithreaded and high-performance applications.
- Strong experience with Spring Boot and Spring ecosystem technologies.
- Hands-on experience designing and developing Microservices-based architectures.
- Strong knowledge of REST APIs and distributed systems.
- Extensive experience in Angular development.
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frontend development practices.
- Strong understanding of application design patterns and software architecture principles.
- Experience working with relational databases and SQL.
- Hands-on experience with MongoDB and NoSQL database concepts.

- Hands-on experience working with Generative AI technologies and enterprise AI use cases.
- Experience with AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot or similar platforms.
- Strong understanding of Prompt Engineering techniques and AI model optimization.
- Experience implementing Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures.
- Knowledge of Agentic AI concepts and autonomous workflow orchestration.
- Experience integrating LLM APIs such as OpenAI, Anthropic, or enterprise AI models into business applications.
- Hands-on experience with LangChain4j, Spring AI, or similar AI integration frameworks.
- Understanding of vector search, embeddings, semantic retrieval, and AI application architecture.
Preferred Qualifications :
- Experience working in Banking, Financial Services, Insurance, Healthcare, or other enterprise domains.
- Exposure to cloud platforms and cloud-native application development.
- Experience with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and containerized deployments.

- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
