Job Title : Java Full Stack Developer (React + Java)

Job Summary :
We are looking for an experienced Java Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in React.js and Java (Spring Boot). The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in building scalable web applications and be comfortable working in a client-facing environment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Design, develop, and maintain full-stack web applications using Java (Spring Boot) and React.js
- Build responsive and high-performance user interfaces
- Develop RESTful APIs and backend services
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, product, and QA
- Participate in client interviews and discussions
- Ensure code quality, performance, and scalability
- Work with modern development tools and AI-assisted coding environments
Required Skills :
- 5+ years of experience in full-stack development
- Strong hands-on experience in Java, Spring Boot
- Strong experience with React.js, JavaScript, HTML, CSS
- Experience in building and consuming REST APIs
- Good understanding of database systems (SQL/NoSQL)
- Familiarity with version control tools like Git
Good to Have :
- Working knowledge of Codex / Cursor (IDE, Browser Mode) or similar AI-assisted development tools
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines
