• Conduct technical reviews and prepare Weld Maps and Weld Synopses based on engineering drawings for new products.
• Monitor and manage the storage and handling of materials and welding consumables, ensuring compliance with best practices.
• Implement Weld Procedure Specifications (VPS) based on Procedure Qualification Records (PQR) in accordance with ISO 15609-1 and ISO 15614.
• Perform welder qualifications based on ISO 9606-1 and ISO 14732 standards.
• Ensure the availability of qualified welding operators for all assigned processes.
