• Developed and optimized CAM programs for complex mechanical components using Hypermill, specializing in 4-axis machining and milling operations.
• Collaborated with design engineers to ensure manufacturability and design for assembly (DFA). Created detailed engineering drawings and 3D models adhering to industry standards.
