• Develop process designs for new and revamp projects, preparing mass and energy balances, heat and material balance calculations, and Process Data Sheets (PDS) to support engineering and procurement activities.
• Prepare and review Process Flow Diagrams (PFDs) and Piping & Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs), ensuring accurate representation of process logic, equipment, and control philosophy.
• Perform equipment sizing for reactors, columns, vessels, heat exchangers, and pumps, translating process requirements into technical specifications for procurement and vendor evaluation.
