Currently working as a Logistics Coordinator (Dispatcher & Translator) at Kaj Madsen Logistics (June 2025 – Present), managing 20+ Asian truck drivers across the European continent. Handling international logistics operations including customs clearance, CMR documentation, and package note management. Responsible for coordinating loading/unloading, ensuring goods safety, managing road fines, theft cases, and financial monitoring.

Skilled in tools like Fram Logic, Translogica, and Spedion, along with temperature-controlled (frigo) shipment tracking using Cargobull. Also managing fuel optimization and providing regular client updates via calls and emails.

Previously worked as a Fleet Manager at Otipy onboarding 100+ riders for dark stores and managing end-to-end fleet operations including hiring, payouts, shift planning, route optimization, delay control, and customer satisfaction.

Before that, worked as a Senior Business Development Manager at Otipy, with 2 years of experience in Delhi NCR, successfully onboarding 260+ partners. Strong expertise in client management, vendor management, and lead generation.

Over this journey, I’ve gained hands-on experience in cross-border operations, dispatch planning, fleet coordination, and working with international teams across Europe. Managing drivers, handling documentation like CMR, and ensuring smooth, on-time deliveries has been both challenging and rewarding.
