Hindustan Unilever Limited Haridwar is world largest Shampoo Sachet site. CLS-1 plant divided in two sections - 1. Home care and 2. Personal Care. Understanding of the product, process and technology and its application for operating & bringing in continuous improvements to optimize production process while meeting safety, quality & environmental requirements.
- Converting weekly production plans to line wise/SKU wise plan and meet the weekly plan/line fill compliance
- Ensuring that the finished goods are as per the quality standards and respond to CQA on depot audit/consumer complaints and take corrective action to eliminate/ control the defect generation
- Prepare Report of daily activities and production status along with analyzing and acting upon losses.
- Manpower utilization as per Plan.
