- Supervised end to end execution of bulk earthwork, subgrade preparation, and blanketing layers for a 42 km stretch of the railway doubling project as per RDSO Standards
- Overlooked the successful construction and extension of multiple minor bridge, RCC Box Culverts, and Hume Pipe Culverts Parallel to the existing operational track
- Handled reinforcement detailing, shuttering, inspection, and high-grade concreting for box and pipe culverts, ensuring zero structural defects
- Utilized auto-level and total station for setting out profile, maintaining track gradients, and ensuring correct structural alignments
- Enforced stringent safety measures for labor and machinery while working in close proximity to running tracks, achieving an accident-free execution environment
- Conducted routine field and laboratory testing of construction materials (cement, coarse/fine aggregates, reinforcement steel, and structural steel) to ensure 100% compliance with RDSO and project specifications
- Supervised and verified compaction quality for subgrade and blanketing layers by performing Field Dry Density (FDD) tests via core cutter/sand replacement methods, achieving the required Relative Compaction (% MDD)
- Maintained strict layer-by-layer check lists for moisture content (OMC) and layer thickness during the 42 km embankment formation
- Maintained comprehensive quality records, including Request for Inspection (RFI) logs, pour cards, test registers, and QA/QC checklists for client and consultant approvals
- Managed concrete mix designs, slump tests, and casting of concrete cubes for high-grade concrete used in Girder Bridges, RCC Box Culverts, and Minor Bridges
