• Built and delivered proof-of-concept (POC) AI agents for multiple enterprise clients on Arinox's KOGO AI platform (Command Core), using open-source LLMs to keep client data private
• Served as Single Point of Contact (SPOC) between Arinox.ai and client stakeholders through the trial period post-deployment, managing feedback loops, issue resolution, and trial-to-adoption follow-through.
