I worked as a associate trans processing level 1 in Sutherland for one year. I worked for humana project contract load. They will give us these details to work provider name, tax id, service address, office timings, npi, taxonomy code, gender, billing address. I will verify all this in our pmdm and then we find the cis to proceed the work case.
- Creating Contract reports and validating the key elements as per the project norms.
- Verifying and analyzing the Provider Contracts with the Insurance.
- Enroll the Provider into the system as per the Payer Agreement.
- Configure the Contract based on the Provider Agreement Fee Schedule.
- Classification of Providers based on their Specialty and finalize the payment terms as per the Agreement.
- Resolve problem with claims; explain allowable benefits, coverage provider and other. Aspects of the program.
- Have hands on experience in client administrative system (CAS), Metavance (MTV) and PIMS Provider Information Management System (PIMS).
- Advanced knowledge & experience in creating reports and template in MS Excel as per Process Requirement.

My designation is technical help desk for wipro client and we where working on clients location equitas small financial bank at spencer plaza.
- Asset Management for IT: I worked for delivery and configuration as per their daily dispatch mails by the allocation person.
- I will update the excel sheet as per dispatch mail.
- I will share the pod mail to the user after the courier team share us the pod details.
- I will start calling the users to confirm the delivery and configuration status and I will update the details what users says over the call.
- Have you received your asset and have you configured the asset I will confirm the below assets(laptop, desktop, priner and scanner).
- It the user says over the call resigned I will inform the user to return back the old asset.
- Printer toner call: I was supporting on printer toners calls for support team.
- As per the user raised ticket I will check on BMC link and I will call the user and ask laser jet printer model number like 128 dw or 329.
- If the user says 329 model number the user have to attach the supplies status report after they attach only I can process the ticket.
- I will inform the user attach the report and I will change the ticket to client action required status.
- I wlll process the ticket to pending status to supply delivery and send to vendor to dispatch the toner to the user I will share the details on mail To vendor.
- After the vendor share us the pod details.
- I will the change the status to completed successful and I will share the pod numbers to the user.
- I will close the tickets for the toner calls.
- Replacement follow up( Laptop, Desk top, Printer and Scanner): I was supporting on replacement follow up sheet.
- I will verifying the replacement sheet old asset Serial Number with the Inward Mail and CMDB data Excell sheet after verifying these details and I will call the user and confirm have you returned the old asset If the User says I didn't returned the old asset I will inform the user to Return Back the old asset to HO and I will mail them.
- I will Share the Head Office Address and I will Mention Clearly Which Old Asset Serial Number they have to Return Back and after you Dispatch the Old Asset to the HO Share the POD to track the information I will mail to the user.
- I will update the details on excel sheet and I will paste the sheet on share path.
- Serial Number Add for HP and ASSUS: I was helping the customer for adding HP and ASSUS serial number on the HP and ASSUS link.
- I was helping for managed by too for the given work case number on BMC link for asset team.
