Research & Data Intern - The SARA (NGO) - Poonch

• Poonch Refugee Data: went through a large amount of handwritten refugee records and converted them into organized digital files — accuracy mattered since the team used these for real decisions.
• Project MH&H: visited workplaces, talked to women employees about menstrual health awareness, and helped organize the survey data into a report that fed into the NGO's advocacy work.

• Designed and ran LogicLeague, a coding competition built from scratch — handled the format, problem curation, and day-of execution.
• Part of the organizing committee for Hackomania, managing backstage operations and registrations for 200+ participants.
