- Eliminated a recursive work-order processing bottleneck by rewriting the algorithm as an iterative BFS with Redis caching, which reduced API response time by 80%. Built a Data Exchange Engine (DEE) for real-time, fault-tolerant data transfer across manufacturing systems.
- Built OPC-UA data pipelines using Ignition SCADA and UAExpert to automate real-time machine telemetry ingestion, eliminating manual data-entry overhead across shop-floor devices.
