• Administrate and titrate intravenous, inhalational and regional anesthesia including the management of volatile agents, neuromuscular blockade and opioid – based anesthesia, while closing monitoring and controlling vital parameters like end-tidal carbon dioxide and bispectral index
• Perform advanced monitoring of patients in the operating room including the interpretation of invasive hemodynamic data, capnography, pulse oximetry, and transesophageal echocardiography, ensuring optimal patient safety during complex surgical procedures.
• Conduct comprehensive pre-anesthetic assesments, optimizing patients for surgery through advanced cardiovascular and pulmonary evaluations, and managing comorbidities in collaboration with the anesthesia team.
• Expertise in non-operating room anesthesia including Cathlab, MRI, CT, Nuclear medicine, Radiation therapy, ERCP, Colonoscopy, etc
• Take a lead in emergency situations, implementing advanced life support measures, rapid sequence induction, and advanced cardiac life support (ACLS) protocols, coordinating efforts with the medical team.
• Preparation and Maintenance of all theatre equipment.
• Biomedical waste management
• Assist in patient positioning
• Working knowledge of performing procedures like intubation, catheterization, IV Cannulation, arterial blood sampling and central venous cannulation.
• Assisted in surgical procedures by scrubbing in, ensuring sterile environments and providing support to the surgical team.
