• Collecting garment samples, analyzing garment construction and operation details, discussing with the Merchandiser and Quality Personnel for further clarifications, checking loads and trims properly prior to commence line production.
• Responsible for maintaining discipline among shop floor workers, training machine operators and helpers and instructing them the correct method of operations, sequencing of machines, selecting most suitable operators from available operators for each operation.
• Monitoring operators working pace, loading of works, lost time etc.; finding out the best possible ways to hit the daily production target.
• Leveling of work load throughout the line in order to prevent excess WIP as inventory.
