ASLD is responsible for the State Trust land, which is comprised of approximately 9.2 million acres across the state of Arizona. The Trust supports the education of our children, K-12 grades, through the sale and lease of Trust lands for grazing, agriculture, municipal, school site, residential, commercial, and open space resources. We are capturing the ‘ASLD’ Customer information and gave them user credential after the user registration into salesforce. their application process, project tracking mechanisms and has added some important features in each phase such as customer electronic payment, electronic signature, and other changes that directly support the efficiency of collaborating with sections and processing work for customers.
Department (ASLD) allows customers to file an application online and track its process. Internal staff can then collaborate and process these applications. Planned enhancements should improve user experience, support current business operations, and leverage the currently implemented platform’s capabilities.
