SDE at Amazon (2025-05 – Present)
- Built non-FI rewards accounts as a payment option on Prime Video TVOD in JP/US/BR, authored 2 LLDs covering payment preference page, buy-box widget, completed widget changes and PSAA accounting, and verified flow end to end in JP.
- Built an AI oncall agent that saves 30 minutes of manual log-digging per ticket: an event-driven Claude agent on Bedrock AgentCore that uses MCP tools and RAG over logs, metrics, code and runbooks to root-cause every new ticket and post a report with confidence and evidence.
- Performed DARU migration of RAES to ZAZ/FRA, replicating infrastructure, alarms, LRA endpoints. Ramped traffic through shadow testing and DNS shifts to 100% across ES/FR/GB/IT with no customer impact. Fully descaled DUB fleet, taking RAES in DUB to zero hosts
- Cut customerId retention in EPAMS' EnrollmentProcess DDB table to 29 days via TTL, and purged 21M pre-existing rows across 6 AWS accounts / 3 environments with an EMR + Spark job, avoiding 4-6 week Sandfire onboarding for 8 OD3 obligations and cutting stored data by 96%
- Migrated all of Recruit's MessageConnectors to Lumos, a migration with no existing playbook, so worked out connector model, external resource setup from scratch, took all 4 to 100% through a staged weblab dial-up with no customer impact, and wrote SOP the team now uses for migration/testing.
- Provided critical production oncall support, including multiple peak-traffic events (BFCM, New Year, Prime Day), resolving 30+ high-severity tickets on day/night pages before they turned into customer impact or revenue loss.
SDE at Limeroad (2024-11 – 2025-04)
- Optimized edge case handling for the mcout lead generation system, improving error detection and resolution for users abandoning cart or checkout flows, which enhanced user experience, increased lead accuracy, and ultimately boosted revenue.
- Integrated BlueDart as a logistics partner by developing robust APIs for waybill creation, cancellation, and status tracking using both push and pull mechanisms, ensuring real-time updates and seamless order tracking.
