• Experience in handling Water Tube Boiler and Fire Tube Boiler systems.
• Worked on 14 & 8 & 60 TPH Boiler capacity for continuous steam generation in plant operations.
• Boiler operating under high working pressure of 21 kg/cm², 65 kg/cm², ensuring safe operation as per IBR standards.
• Monitoring and controlling critical parameters such as steam pressure, temperature, water level, and steam flow (TPH).
• Operation and maintenance of boiler mountings & accessories including safety valve, pressure gauge, water level indicator, feed water pump, blowdown system etc.
• Operation and maintenance of steam distribution line, valves, pumps, and other mechanical equipment.
• Operation of water treatment plant (softener system) to maintain required boiler feed water quality.
• Preventive maintenance and troubleshooting to ensure uninterrupted boiler operation and minimize breakdown.
• Assistance in installation, alignment and commissioning of boiler and IBR piping system.
• Ensuring compliance with IBR regulations, industrial safety standards, and boiler operating procedures.
• Maintaining daily log sheets of steam generation, fuel consumption, boiler efficiency, and operating pressure records.
• Coordination with maintenance team during shutdown, repair, and emergency breakdown situations.
• Strict adherence to industrial safety norms and proper use of PPE in boiler house
