Currently working with the Smartchem Technologies Ltd. 100 % subsidiary of Deepak Fertilisers and Petrochemicals Corporation Ltd. and while working handled differentiated & innovative product like Smartek and Croptek.
Here whenerver I am conducting farmer meeting or discussing with farmer community, I give most emphasis on the how we can get sustainable yield by using healthy seeds, application of balanced use of chemical fertiliser, organic fertiliser and next generation Water Soluble Fertilisers / crop specific WSF.
To understand the market potential of an area and increasing the market share by strengthening the existing / new dealer network, sales and marketing channels. Also to take market development activities to create awareness among farmer community.
