Key qualifications:
Total experience is 22 years in which 17 years of experience in the field of piping designing for Oil & Gas, Offshore & Onshore, petrochemical detail engineering, refinery plants for brownfield, Greenfield, revamp, EPC projects. Also has experience in brownfield site surveys, pre-inspections.
Technical Skill and job expertise:
- Study of P&ID and client information, Scope of work, Project design basis, Piping Specification.
- Piping inputs to civil, mechanical, electrical, Instrumentation.
- Review vendor drawing.
- Materials take off for piping items, bulk MTO/BOM.
- Piping support, Support arrangement, Support critical lines.
- Proficient use on 3D software such as PDS and Smart Plant 3D.
- Proficient in Smart Plant Review and Micro station.
- Responsible for development of a piping 3D Model and piping design on a project.
- Responsible for generation of piping isometric drawings and piping design packages.
- Interact with internal and external personnel on piping and inter-discipline issues.
- Suitable and relevant experience working on Brownfield modification projects based on site.
